Which AI assistants can I connect?
Claude (web, desktop and mobile), Claude Code, ChatGPT (from its plugin directory), Grok (grok.com/connectors) and Gemini connect with the server URL https://mcp.traderspy.app/mcp and a TraderSpy sign-in. Cursor, Windsurf, n8n, Grok Build, the xAI API and your own agents use a personal connector URL instead.
Do I need an API key?
No. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini connect with the server URL and your TraderSpy sign-in — there is nothing to copy or keep safe. A personal key is only for clients that cannot open a sign-in window.
Can the AI place trades for me?
No. The connector has no order tools at all — it cannot open, close or modify a position. It reads signals, smart-money data and market indicators, nothing else.
Can the AI see my balance or positions?
No. The connector has no account, balance, withdrawal or transfer tool — it reads public market data only.
Is the connector free?
Yes. Every account gets 300 tool calls per day for free — enough to try everything. Paid plans raise the limit: 5,000 calls per day on Starter, 7,500 on Pro and 15,000 on Max.
